My fav food is seafood.  So my husband told me we were going to go ice skating and to pack my bags since I will get kinda damp, but first we were going to the airport to meet up with my brother (who travels alot and often passes through our city).  Then he said they set up some ice rink nearby so we just need to take our bags so we will not have to come back to the car.  So, we go to the security gate (to supposely wait for my brother) and then he say “surpise” we are going tp fly to go get your seafood.  I was screaming so loud that the women looked at their men like “how come you can’t do that!”  I was not aware of where I was going into I got to the plane to board.  It was Maryland and he made a reservaion at one of the best seafood places.  We spent the night there and then flew back the next day.  This is just ONE of the wild friday “date” nights.

As for me, I did a “baller” weekend for my husband.  Around Xmas upscale hotels have huge sales.  So, I made a reservation at a hotel that usually costs 495.00 a night and was on sale for 199.00 a night. The hotel had a spa and I made him an appointment for a message. At this hotel you have a personal concierge and driver (Jay Z and Beyonce frequent).  So, when hubby was getting his message, my “people” helped me set up the room:  the bubbly, the roses and the food.  They escorted him to the room where I was waiting with a red teddy and heels.  Later I feed him, bathe in the two bathtub with the flat screen (while he watched a game in the tub) and then we used our driver to a nice restaurant and clubbing.  So, yes.  Both hubby and I do exciting dates.  But I also liked the ones listed because they are simple and cheap!!
