It seems like every celebrity has a clothing line, but Mary J. Blige always has to stand out.
Saturday she premiered a line of cosmopolitan clothing with high-fashion designer, Catherine Malandrino. The event, which priced $1,000 a ticket to attend, was to raise money for Blige’s Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now (FFAWN). The VIP-only show was comprised on 25 looks from t-shirts to evening wear that are said to have been inspired Tina Turner, Chaka Kahn, Donna Summer and Grace Jones.
