Fifty-two-year-old Diane Thomas, of Monroe, Louisiana, was arrested earlier this month for domestic assault after she punched her boyfriend in his face “multiple times” and scratched him with her fingernails, but what she did after he arrest might be more egregious.
The Smoking Gun reports when Thomas was read her Miranda Rights by Police Officer Chris Ballard she claimed her boyfriend was a “b—-” and he started the confrontation, causing her to retaliate. After she was handcuffed, she told Officer Ballard she couldn’t go to jail because she has a good job, and when that didn’t work she made another attempt to get out of her arrest by offering the policeman anilingus. Specifically, she said: “ If you won’t take me to jail I will get on my knees right now. Officer, I will even lick your butt hole.”
Already charged with a misdemeanor domestic abuse charge, Thomas was then charged with a felony public bribery count for coercing Police Officer Ballard into sexual relations.
