A gorgeous, petite woman with a big personality, Jada Pinkett Smith doesn’t mind sharing her opinions or creativity with the world. Allowing her nine-year-old daughter Willow, to follow in her creative footsteps, Jada has many times said that she wants her daughter to understand the importance of individualistic creativity; and Jada is a poster child for that. Starting a rock band, Wicked Wisdom, Jada showed her versatility and surprised many with her love of alternative, hard-core rock.

Jada encourages all women to embrace their individual spirits.

    According to this article it seems like as long as you're famous and you have a foundation you're worth emulating…are there no other criteria?

    Not at all impressed with this list. Thandie Newton deserves to be at the top. She graduated from Cambridge University with honors and does a lot of charitable work in Africa, aside from being a huge supporter of being green.

    im pissed… where is ms. badu… Erykah Badu has a cult following of individuals male and female who identify with her understanding of the world and are inspired by her expression to just be themselves and grow and teach… she also inspires those who do "get " her to just do them regardless… she is a trailblazer, appears to be a great mom, a wonderful artist and a inspirational person… she glorifies the connection to the soul and higher self and I KNOW i am not alone in feeling her.
