“Love & Hip Hop” reality stars Erica Mena and Safaree have reportedly tied the knot.
The two lovebirds were first linked in late 2018, and were engaged by Christmas Eve of the same year. The two have relished in their very public relationship, often donning matching outfits together during appearances and posting their PDA all over social media.
A cheating scandal in June threatened the pair’s budding romance, when Safaree was accused of cheating with fellow “Love & Hip Hop” star, Gabrielle Davis. After the damning text messages hit the web, Erica called off their engagement and broke vases of roses on IG stories, while Safaree begged for forgiveness via Twitter.
“This is not a loss I would be able to handle,” he tweeted at the time. “I’ve lost a lot [before] and dealt with it..but seriously I cannot lose you. I have never felt so complete in my life and that feeling will be gone if I lose you. You are my everything and I can’t see my future without you. Please Erica.”
Somehow the two reconciled and officially announced they were expecting their first child together last week. In a series of photos plus a video reveal, Safaree told Vh1 that, he was nervous about fatherhood.
“I’m in shock. I’m in disbelief. It’s very surreal to me. I don’t know what to do but I know I’m going to be great at what I do because I’m great at everything.”
Now it appears their family unit is complete, with the duo jumping the broom on October 7th. Grainy footage of their nuptials hit the internet quickly after their “I Do’s.”
Safaree was seen dancing for his very pregnant bride as he sensually took off her garter.
