Hello, loves!
I am so excited to be one of the latest additions to la famille Madame Noire and I wanted to use my first post as a chance to introduce myself and give you an idea what I’ll be doing here. Some of you might know me from The Beautiful Struggler, while others are new to the fold. For those of you who don’t know, I’m a twenty-something single sister in the fair borough of Brooklyn.
I’m also a sex-positive feminist. What does that mean? Well, aside from the other numerous pro-woman causes and ideals I support, I’m an advocate for sexual equality for women. I believe that all adults have the right to happy, healthy sex lives and that women should embrace and love their sexuality as they see fit…as long as it’s safe.
Girl On Top will feature anecdotes from my own (mis)adventures, tips for enhancing the sheet twisting experience and a little discussion of sexual politics thrown in for good measure. Now that business is out of the way, let’s talk pleasure…or, I should say, the absence of. Loves, how many of you all have had a bad lover? I don’t mean kind of boring or simply not as good as you…I mean ‘I coulda had a V-8/this wasn’t worth messing my hair up’/Lord, please don’t let him spend the night’ bad?
To be fair, I probably wasn’t the most exciting in bed once upon a time. Like, when I was 19. But now, I am the Chief Boot Knocka I am pretty good at what I do and it’s pretty frustrating when a young man can’t keep up. While not every sack session can be saved (and for some of ’em, it ain’t worth it any way) there are ways of helping a less-than-legendary lover step his game up.
