(Washington Post) — THE D.C. REPUBLICAN Committee is challenging a ruling that exonerated D.C. Council Chairman Vincent C. Gray (D) of charges that he improperly used his office to help raise money for the D.C. Democratic State Committee. The Republicans may have political motives, but they raise legitimate questions about the decision by the Office of Campaign Finance (OCF). The interests of good government call for further review.
