(Chicago Sun Times) — Chicago’s foreclosure crisis has created a four-legged problem: raccoons as big as orangutangs and bolder than ever before.
Wilma Ward told the City Council’s Health Committee today about her harrowing kitchen confrontation with a giant raccoon that invaded her home in the 200 block of South Hoyne.
