Tamar Braxton has been extending olive branches as of late. The singer, who fell out with more than a few of her friends and colleagues over the last few years, reconnected with Tiny, as well as Monica, and the ladies are all going on tour with one another for The Great Xscape Tour. And now, it seems that she wants to reconnect with the ladies of The Real — or at least one of them for now.
While filming an Instagram Live video that started with Braxton singing Mariah Carey’s “Honey,” Adrienne Bailon’s name popped up in the comment section with the star saying, “Love u sissy hit me up.” When Braxton saw her name, she got excited and told her to hit her up on Instagram (via direct message we’re guessing) so they could get back in contact with one another.
“Is this Adrienne?! I mean Adrienne I’ve been waiting on you, man,” Braxton said. “I think I emailed you like nine months ago. God is good, he always makes things full circle. Won’t he do it?”
From there she told Bailon to “Holla at me. Hit me on the ‘gram and I can send you my number.” Braxton wrapped up her message by telling her old friend, “I love you to pieces — I miss you like sh-t.”
Of course, the “All the Way Home” singer initially fell out with Bailon and her other former The Real co-hosts around the time she was axed from the show. And while Braxton didn’t do anything to quell the rumors that her co-hosts had a hand in her being fired, nor did she stop throwing shade their way, the ladies of the show had nothing but positive things to say about her.
“I love Tamar,” Bailon told Ebro in the Morning last year. “I will always love Tamar.”
