So, I have no idea what exactly happened between Yandy and Kimbella. Aside from them chatting a few times on “Love and Hip Hop,” I never understood too much about their relationships or how deep it was. What I did find interesting though is that this weekend, Yandy thought it would be nice to express her love for Kimbella on her birthday.
But apparently, it didn’t go over too well.
Here’s what Yandy wrote:
Later, TheShadeRoom, grabbed Kimbella’s response.
I read Kimbella’s comment and immediately felt like she did most of all. Even if she felt like she and Yandy weren’t on the best of terms, why was all of this necessary? Either thank the woman or ignore the post entirely.
Furthermore, is it really such a bad thing that Yandy only posted on social media and didn’t call?
I have family members all over the country, who I love dearly who just wrote on my Facebook wall for my birthday, they didn’t call or text or anything. And honestly, I’m really ok with that. Social media has a way of reminding people who would have never remembered, it’s your birthday. And while all of those wishes are greatly appreciated, the thought of responding to all of them can be overwhelming. Can you imagine if everyone from your timeline or every friend from every stage of your life, called just to have some type of awkward conversation on your birthday? It would be too much.
What do you think? Did Kimbella do the most or did Yandy by wishing her a happy birthday?
