Earlier this year while competing on Dancing With the Stars, gymnast Simone Biles said that due to her commitment to the sport over the years (pretty much since childhood), she hadn’t done a lot of things, including going on a real date.

“I have never had a boyfriend in my life,” she said. “At 20 years old I feel like you should have gone through those things and gone on dates. I have been on like, maybe one proper date.
In that same interview with Entertainment Tonight, Biles did reveal that she was getting to know someone special and that their first date was a winner that ended in a kiss. All she would share about this secret suitor was that, like her, he was in tip-top shape.
“He’s got a good body,” she said before blushing. “I’m just saying, it’s … I’m just saying!”
I’m willing to bet money that the man in question is Stacey Ervin, the guy that Biles just recently revealed as her boyfriend — her very first. Ervin,23, is also a gymnast and a University of Michigan graduate who studied psychology and competed in gymnastics at the school. Biles took him as her date for her induction into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame on Sunday. He celebrated her accomplishment in big, “That’s my boo!” fashion on Instagram:
