Join 500 Women For 5 Different Workouts At Pretty Girls Sweat Fest 2017

July 27, 2017  |

Fun and fitness don’t often go together in most of our minds, but an upcoming sweat fest in Atlanta is definitely merging the two, and adding in a dose of sisterhood.

PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT fest (PGSF) ATLANTA is being pegged as “the ultimate Sweat Sisterhood fitness festival” and is poised to bring together 500 women for five different workouts at the Georgia Freight Depot in Atlanta September 16 from 12 pm-4pm. Sporty Girls Inc. founder and multimedia personality Rashan Ali will serve as host of the inaugural fest put on by Pretty Girls Sweat which was launched in 2011 to “form a ‘Sweat Sisterhood,’ uniting women to raise awareness for childhood obesity and give back to underserved communities. And just in case the whole “sweat” and “workout” thing is still throwing you off, there’ll be plenty of other activities during the fest as well.

In between workouts you can can refresh at a hydration station serving fruit-infused water. There will also be a savor garden filled with delicious, healthy food trucks as well as a champagne garden for VIP ticket holders to partake in a little bubbly as a post-workout reward. And if you’re concerned with getting back to that part about being “pretty,” look no further than the on-site beauty bar. There will also be complementary swag, photo booths, and, most important, a chance to surround yourself with other women who believe in the importance of getting fit and giving back.

  • General Admission tickets are just $20 before August 5 ($30 after). This ticket level includes an exclusive PGSF t-shirt, healthy beverages, access to vendor village, 5 fun workout experiences, and a goodie bag.
