Basketball Wives LA Trailer: Evelyn & Jenn Are Back, And Tami & Jackie Have Serious Beef

April 12, 2017  |

Basketball Wives LA is back. And not only is it back, but it’s bringing Evelyn Lozada (and even Jennifer Williams) back for Season 6.

So what can you expect with this influx of former Miami cast members taking over L.A.? For one, drama. But that’s a given.

To be specific, though, Tami Roman seems to be at odds with everyone, from Evelyn Lozada (who, if you’ll recall, referred to Roman as a “non-muthaf–king factor after revealing that she slept with Roman’s ex-husband, Kenny Anderson) to Jackie Christie and Brandi Maxiell. On top of that, there seems to be a big beef between the Miami ladies, Lozada, Shaunie O’Neal and Roman, and the Los Angeles ladies in Malaysia Pargo and Maxiell.

But on the non-dramatic side, it seems that we will get to see a more down-to-earth side of Lozada. Her major concerns include clearing her name, and her main focus, which is to do whatever is necessary to have another child with fiancé Carl Crawford. And as for Christie, her daughter Chantel will welcome her first child, forcing Christie to at least attempt to be a more mature adult. Also, it seems that Jennifer Williams is making a cameo, but hopefully a drama-free one.

From the supertrailer, we see that Roman and Christie might come close to blows, O’Neal will continue to pretend that she doesn’t stir the pot, and Roman, well, she will always be angry about something. But as she told Hollywood Today Live, she goes into every season hoping she won’t have to clash with anyone. But alas…

“You know I start off with the very best intentions,” she said. “And I’m always thinking, ‘Tami, you know, you’re not getting involved in any drama. You’re just going to be kumbaya and let’s love each other.’ Then the person shows up, they say something, and it all goes left.”

Riiiiiiight. *winks*

You can tune into the Season 6 premiere of Basketball Wives LA on Monday April 17 at 9/8 c on VH1.
