Isn’t it frustrating to see airfare prices fluctuate when you’re ready to book a flight?
While some may recommend you erase your internet cookies, restart your search engine and say ten Hail Mary’s to get a flight deal, some of us don’t have time for such shenanigans. Thankfully, Google gets it and has decided to make life better for us!
Google Flights has just debuted a new feature that will let you know how long a current fare is in effect until it changes. Mashable reports that Google Flights is provide such information by using historical flight data to make price fluctuation predications. If you’re not sure about where you want to travel, Google Flights will be able to recommend tips for you on certain routes.
“Tips can include things like recommendations for alternate airports or dates. You may also see a new tip telling you about an expected price jump based on historic prices for that route,” Nabil Naghdy, Google Flights product manager explained in a Google blog post.
Although Google Flights hasn’t been developed into an app yet, the site allows you to save flights and check on their prices until you’re ready to book them. The site will also allow consumers to search for hotels that have the best deals and see if there are loyalty program discount rates.
Look at God!
