You’re Stuck on the Same Old Stuff

It’s really hard to get motivated when you’re bored. A great way to feel driven again is to start a new project, even if it has to be outside of work.

Join a new CrossFit gym instead of just hitting the elliptical, or switch to another part of a big project. It’s easier to get excited about something new than to spend more time on the same old thing.
