You’re Burning the Midnight Oil

Get less than five or six hours of sleep and you will only be able to work about half as hard as you would have if you got some z’s. Less sleep causes your motivation take a dip.

If you need to stay focused or get something done quickly, sleep an extra two hours and you will work a lot faster.
