You might have the willpower to keep working all night, but your brain needs to take a break.

Work for longer than 90 or 120 minutes without a break and you lose focus and your project takes even longer to complete. Get back on track by giving yourself 15-minute breaks away from your desk. Walking is a great way to recharge your batteries fast.
