Bobby Brown took to Instagram yesterday to reveal that he and wife Alicia Etheredge have welcomed another child into the world. A baby girl.
“Just had a baby girl 10 pounds” the singer shared on the social media site as the caption to an image of him with a broad smile:
This is the couple’s third child together and Brown’s seventh. The pair just welcomed another little girl named Bodhi Jameson Rein Brown around this time last July. They also have 7-year-old son Cassius.
Brown’s other children include Landon, 27, La’Princia, 26, Bobby Jr., and the late Bobbi Kristina, who passed away in 2015 at the age of 22.
Etheredge is Brown’s manager, and has had a major role in helping him get himself back on track. They actually go way back, meeting when Brown was 18. They became friends, and after his marriage to Whitney Houston ended, he told Access Hollywood that “I saw her again and sparks flew.”
Ever since then, she’s been his rock. As she stated in a 20/20 interview, “When you’re living with somebody who has fought so many addictions and has come so far, and then you see there’s still something holding them back and there’s still something weighing them down … you just want to help them and support them. I’m learning, obviously with this process, how to be supportive.”
And as the couple grows together, so has their family. Congratulations to the pair on the newest addition — no pun intended. (Get it? New Edition? Never mind…)
