Your beach vacation was right around the corner, and your pledge to go to the gym every day for a month leading up to it didn’t pan out. So you decided to do a fast for two weeks, restricting your diet, and when you came back you went back to eating the way you were before your fast.

It happens. And so does a little weight gain after a crash diet — even if you’re exercising and eating healthy.
