Sticking strictly to your diet during the holiday season can be more trouble and stress than it’s worth. Keep your calorie count in mind and make healthy choices when you can, but don’t be afraid to indulge in the occasional piece of pie or a few more slices of turkey.

It’s actually healthy to overindulge once in a while. It will give you renewed energy to hit the gym harder after the fact.
