Even though you know the food you eat doesn’t pop up as a little jiggle in your thighs or a little bulge in your tummy right away, for some reason, when you’re in a bikini it feels that way. And that’s rather unfortunate since the foods we pack for the beach aren’t exactly, well, beach body foods.
