Red Alert: 7 Things to Keep in Mind When Your Period Comes
Keep it Loose & Free-Flowing
This one is probably a given, but I just thought I’d reiterate it since it’s still somewhat warm outside. The day after your period starts and being caught off guard has warn off, I would recommend trying out skirts and dresses, loose slacks and more comfortable pieces when you’re on your period. With it being really hot outside you’re setting yourself up for a whole lot of paranoia when you wear jeans or bottoms that are too close or too tight to your frame. Ever felt like your legs were sweating wearing jeans? Well when you’re on your period you won’t know if you’re sweating or having an accident (this happens big time during concerts and festivals when you’re around a lot of people). Save yourself the trouble and stick to looser clothing my dear.
