Run From Caffeine
If you didn’t get to work out before your period made its horrible way into your once happy existence, you’re probably dealing with some serious cramps. To aid in providing you with some relief, know that for this week (hopefully not more than seven days, yikes!) coffee should not be your go to upper. Caffeine makes cramping worse as well as overly-salty chips and overly-sugary sweets. Stuff those in your body and you’ll be dealing with more severe cramps than usual. Feel free to indulge if you like, but know you could be asking for trouble…trouble!
