Put Yourself on a Schedule for “Clean Up”
Go with your instincts: if it feels like you’re making a mess, it is one. And while many people say four to eight hours is the regular gap of time you should be okay between changes, every woman and her cycle just happen to be different. Take it from me, don’t ignore any weird feelings, because chances are, that feeling means you’re on your way to an uncomfortable rest of the work day. What works best is to put yourself on a time schedule to help ensure that you don’t make a mess and that you’re always fresh. I would say four hours max and it’s time for a check, but better early than late ya heard?
