Every woman recovers in a different way and at a different pace after pregnancy. Teyana Taylor just happened to “snap back” very, very fast.

Six days after giving birth to daughter Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr., Taylor decided to take to Instagram to show off her return to her pre-pregnancy body. And despite her abs making their presence known in the picture, Taylor said that she still has some work to do.

Of course, Taylor had abs of steel before getting pregnant and probably didn’t gain much outside of the weight of the baby. In case you forgot what she looked like beforehand:

Surprisingly, Taylor told Enstars last year that she doesn’t really have a workout routine outside of squatting and getting on an elliptical machine. And yet, abs on abs on abs.

I would be lying if I told you that I have hardcore workouts because I really really don’t. But, I do a lot of squats, a lot of stuff like that. The elliptical is my baby because you can just be on there, go like this all day for like an hour and just have on your headphones. Just keep the booty right. But other than that, I wouldn’t know how to tell you how to work out. One time I was in the gym with this trainer, and you know how people are like, “You’re a quitter” to make you work harder. He was like, “You’re a quitter,” and I was like, “You know what? You are right. I’ma see you later. I’m about to be out. I’m hungry and I want a slice of pizza [laughs].”

Engagement, a new baby, and the return of her abs. Taylor has so much to celebrate!
