Well, the season six premiere of “Love & Hip Hop New York” is just around the corner, and there are plenty of shenanigans to go around. As previously reported, Bronx rapper Remy Ma and her husband, Papoose, are the stars of the show and the season will showcase Smith trying to adjust to life on the outside after serving six years behind bars. Apparently, Remy isn’t here for the parole-ordered curfews, and her hubby is working overtime to hold everything together, which is what we get a brief preview of in the newly released supertrailer.
It appears that Peter Gunz, Tara Wallace, and Amina Buddafly are still involved in a nasty love triangle all of these years later, even after Tara and Amina made amends. This season will also highlight Yandy and her husband, Mendeecess, as they prepare for his potentially lengthy prison stint.
There are also a few new faces including exotic dancer and Instagram personality Cardi BB, who we’re almost sure is going to become a fan favorite, and Young B, who was featured on DJ Webstar’s 2006 viral hit, “Chicken Noodle Soup.”
Peep the trailer below.
“Love & Hip Hop New York” returns Monday, December 14 at 8 p.m. on VH1.
