If you’re looking to have more powerful orgasms, researchers are claiming to have the secret.
A recent study published in the Journal of Sex Research says that building up to a stronger orgasm is all about patience and holding back. Apparently, allowing yourself to get close to climaxing and then stopping will produce more intense orgasms.
According to the experts, you should allow yourself to get about 90 percent there and then pause for a moment, decrease the pace and then build back up. From there, they suggest repeating those steps until you can’t hold back anymore. Of course, this strategy will only help your situation if your partner is in it for the long haul, as it would be pretty frustrating for you to get to the point where you’re ready to climax and hold back only for your partner to end the party before you’re able to get back to the point of having an orgasm.
Earlier this week, we debated about how long sex should last, and many of you expressed that 10 to 15 minutes is appropriate. We imagine that repeatedly getting close to the finish line and withholding would add a lot more time to those lovemaking sessions.
