Apparently, Amber Rose did one heck of a job in her spring 2015 movie, Sister Code, because the socialite says that her performance scored her a role on a major network television show.
According to TV Guide, Muva Rose is set to guest star in an episode of “Black-ish” this season. After seeing Rose show off her acting chops in the film, star and executive producer of the series, Anthony Anderson, decided to bring her on.
“Anthony Anderson knows I’m really passionate about acting, and he saw my movie ‘Sister Code’ that I was in this past year, and he gave me a chance,” the 31-year-old told the entertainment publication. “And I love it here!”
Rose has been cast as Dominique, an ex-girlfriend of Charlie (Deon Cole) who resurfaces after he somehow gets stuck babysitting Dre’s (Anthony Anderson) children. The episode is scheduled to air in November.
Other stars set to make guest appearances on the popular series this season include Tyra Banks, Zendaya Coleman, and Michael Strahan.
