Tracy Morgan Weds Longtime Fiancée Megan Wollover
It’s a great time to be Tracy Morgan.
Over the weekend, the comedian married his fiancée, Megan Wollover, during what’s said to have been an emotional wedding ceremony in New Jersey. The nuptials came just 14 months after Morgan survived a tragic car accident that left him fighting for his life.
“After almost losing Tracy last year, I am so grateful to finally be married to the love of my life,” Wollover, 28, told People. “We have been through so much, and our love is stronger for it.”
While recovering from the accident, Morgan, 46, expressed that he desired to walk his bride down the aisle without the assistance of a cane or a wheelchair.
“I don’t want to walk my wife down the aisle with a cane or in a wheelchair,” he said just two months before the wedding. “So I had to go hard with the therapy … I had to get better. There was no ifs, ands or buts about it.”
All of his hard work paid off. The actor was able to greet his bride at the altar without a wheelchair or crutch in sight.
Morgan and Wollover are the proud parents of 2-year-old Maven. Morgan is also father to Tracy Jr., Malcolm, and Gitrid.
