Although he has certainly experienced his share of downs in the past year, from a business perspective, he changed the business of golf the same way Michael Jordan changed basketball.  Even with his off-course troubles, he was able to bring in $90 million in 2010 according to Sports Illustrated: $70 million from endorsements and $20 million from salary and winnings.  His sponsors included the omnipresent Gatorade and Nike.
