When you own a vehicle, do you know what it takes to maintain your car? Do you use any grade 0f gas; do you get regular tune-ups/oil change?  Well our bodies are the vehicle that transports our spiritual being.  What are you willing to do to make sure it runs smoothly?  It is imperative that we maintain our bodies if we expect to move through life performing at our optimal level.

When we think of our bodies we can’t stop at the physical appearance. We have to remember that what we put in our body is the fuel that we need to function.  So what are you putting in your body?  Is it junk food, candy and soda?  Are you eating vegetables, lean meat and water?  Most people are trying to make healthier choices.  Finding balance is going to be instrumental.  How much physical activity are you engaged in on a daily basis?

Life can get hectic, between working, parenting, day to day responsibilities and a social life-we must MAKE sure to take time to care for OUR bodies.  Would you put diesel fuel in your non-diesel car and expect it to perform?  The same goes for your body.  I know it can get rough trying to carve out a set amount of time a day to workout-trust me,this I know.  Realize you are important and MAKE the time-even if its 15mins here or there.  Let’s commit to MOVING consistently!!!
