Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
This protein shake is great for breakfast–but is almost as delicious as dessert.

Ingredients
1 serving of whey chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp peanut/almond/sunflower butter (works well with either preference)
10 ounces of unsweetened, vanilla almond milk
A few ice cubes

Directions
Blend together for about 50 seconds
