Too long for Vine, this child takes the cake for needing discipline. The story is that the child ran amok in Chuck-E-Cheese for over an hour with no supervision. Out of disbelief I laughed and then was ashamed and a little appalled. I then lightened up thinking that had I saw this in a movie it would have been the funniest thing I’ve seen in some time. If that were the case this would be life imitating art.
