English Muffin with Apples and Cheddar
An English muffin is a perfect blank canvas for breakfast. We love this idea of combining simple ingredients for a quick, easy breakfast. Courtesy of Martha Stewart.
1 English muffin
split 1/2 apple
thinly sliced 6 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
1. Place English muffin cut side up in a toasted oven or on a baking sheet under the broiler, and toast until lightly browned.
2. Top each muffin half with half of the apple and half of the cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
