If there’s one rite of passage that’s scary and yet much-anticipated for a girls, it’s getting her period. She probably heard it would hurt and be terrible. But thanks to HelloFlo, periods are about to get a lot better. Created by mom of two Naama Bloom, the subscriptions service sends a friendly reminder of when your period’s due, plus products and candy. Bloom is also getting ready to launch a period starter kit. The idea is so brilliant, we can’t believe no one’s thought of it before.

Bloom said she was inspired by her own “lunch time run to the drugstore for an emergency box of tampons” to create a subscription service with reminders. Customers enter the date of their last period, choose a package based on their flow and whether they want all pads or all tampons.

A big part of what’s helped propel her business (besides an incredible idea) is this hilarious commercial starring a girl who calls herself the Camp Gyno. In it, the first girl to get her period at camp helps her friends deal with the changes happening to their bodies–until she goes overboard.

Will you order this for your daughter (or yourself)?
