Some French middle schoolers got quite an, um, education, reports TODAY. At the end of the school year, with no more exams or homework to really keep the kids busy, math Jean-Baptiste Clement teacher decided to show his class the first “Saw” film.
Mr. Clement reportedly told his students “You will see your first horror film” before starting the DVD. “Saw”, originally released in 2004, is a gruesome, graphic horror film in the subgenre “torture porn.” In the film, a killer forces his victims to play games where they have to kill their opponents.
The teacher received a one-day suspension but when some children came home “visibly uncomfortable” parents remained upset. There may be legal action against him as well.
