Fashion Model, Tomiko Fraser Hines Talks Infertility

When we speak of iconic faces in the beauty arena, Tomiko Fraser Hines, the first African American model for Maybelline, comes to mind.  The Bronx, New York native, who had aspirations of becoming a teacher, became a top model by the age 25, gracing runway, print, and television platforms.

When you think about Tomiko’s portfolio, please note that she has been featured in top campaigns for, but not limited to; The Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, J. Crew, Talbots, Liz Clairborne and Old Navy.  Now, as a new mom of two boys, at the age of 44,  the model who believes in empowering herself and others, has taken on the ultimate role that defines womanhood, yes – motherhood.

Mommynoire got a chance to exclusively speak with Tomiko, where she discusses her sense of responsibility, overcoming infertility, and most importantly how beautiful her life is as a wife and mother to Kaden James and Bryce Harrison Hines.
