After a long day of mommy duties, a nice relaxing mug of warm tea may be just what the doctor ordered.
For years scientific research has boasted the benefits of tea and its effects on the human body and brain. The only other drink consumed more than tea is water.
SIDEBAR: the quality of water used when preparing tea can really make a difference in both the taste and the quality of the tea. Also, while I enjoy the luxury of tea bags, I find that the loose leaves are stronger and can be used more than once.
