Whether you’re a first-time parent or have more than one child, most moms know from experience that trying to get your fitness game back to where it was pre-baby can be a daunting task. You’re no longer responsible for your own life, but that of someone else and it can be very tempting to just put your weight loss goals on the back burner. Trust me I understand, I did it for four years!

Thankfully I eventually realized that I could have the best of both worlds: be a supermom and superfine.
