Most of us have a coffee right when we wake up, which scientists say is the worst time. Why? Your body is already wide awake. For the best caffeine boost, save your coffee breaks for 9:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-5:30 p.m. You’re likely to be the most tired during these times in the day.
