My best friend from college invited me and my family to her home for the long holiday weekend. It’ll be a welcome retreat, especially since I haven’t been to visit her in over a year. Although it’s been a while, she’s like a sister to me, and I always feel welcome when I’m there. However, just because you’re staying with friends or family doesn’t mean you have to leave proper house guest etiquette at the door.
