Review: The First Three Episodes Of The College Drama Webseries “427” Are Here
This past spring we reported Robert Ri’Chard (Chocolate City) will be starring in a new webseries, “427.” Based on the millennial college experience, 427 incorporates how Greek life, social media, relationships and academia intersect in today’s society.
In the first three available episodes, viewers meet Wall (Walter) as he prepares for his college graduation, only to find out he may have to stay an extra semester due to an illegal choice he made. Despite this, he continues to have a healthy social life by attending class, partying and being an active member of the Greek council at his school. While Wall figures out how to make the best of his senior year, viewers meet his peers who will make you feel nostalgic and conflicted, all at once.
Whereas, the males in this series navigate their dating lives and avoid law enforcement like the plague, the women of “427” are a bit more problematic. See the ladies are responsible for their friend being kidnapped after they leave her in a desolate area in the wee hours of the morning because of an argument. Crazy right?
Below are the first three episode of “427.” Watch, tell us what you think, and don’t forget in order for the first season to be completed, you must donate to the show’s Kickstarter, here.
