Ariel Archer has been formally charged with misdemeanor trespassing after breaking into a home belonging to Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith back in March, My FOX LA reports.
The 26-year-old was discovered in the kitchen by a housekeeper at the Smith residence, who says that she refused to leave premises. Will, Jada and their two children, Willow and Jaden, were not present at the time of the incident. Archer was eventually arrested and later pled no contest to misdemeanor trespassing.
Monday, Archer was sentenced to three years of summary probation. The Van Nuys courts also issued a restraining order against the young woman, which prohibits her from coming within 150 yards of the Smiths’ Calabasas home.
In recent years, multiple celebrity home intruders have made headlines. In May, Chris Brown was stunned to find a naked woman waiting for him in his Augora Hills mansion. Just two years earlier, Brown’s ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, also experienced a home intrusion encounter of sorts. A man was apprehended for breaking into a house belonging to the singer’s neighbor. He was reportedly under the impression that he was breaking into the “Diamonds” singer’s home.
People are really bugged out.
