Between April and August of 2012, editorial assistant Lauren Fox kissed 30 pounds goodbye, and she’s maintained that loss during the past three years by faithfully hitting the gym. She’s managed to keep her short cut on point during that time too. Here’s how.
Hair Regimen
Pre Workout: “If it’s really hot I’ll tie a bandana or scarf around my edges so they lay down, otherwise I leave my hair as is for my workout.”
Post Workout: “I let my hair air dry after the gym so I’m not using too much heat. When I get home I apply a little grease and wrap it so it lays down straight, then at night I put in flexirods or curlers to give the crown a little lift. In the morning I’m good to go.”
