(NY Daily News) — Hip-hop mogul Jay-Z‘s music publishing company Roc Nation is getting rocked with a lawsuit for trademark infringement. Volcom, a Costa MesaCalif.-based clothing manufacturer that specialized in streetwear and accessories, has alleged in district court that Roc’s diamond-shaped logo too closely resembles the “stone” marking one they’ve been using since 1991, reports All Hip Hop news.

According to the complaint, Volcom has spent more than $100,000,000 in marketing their jewel-shaped logo. Roc Nation began using their own diamond-shaped logo in 2009 and has ignored requests to cease and desist, per the complaint.
