Post-Racial Already? Celebrities Who Say Racism Doesn’t Exist Anymore

Whoopi says that it’s not that racism in America is gone — it’s just that most of us have no idea what it really is:
“You guys need to know what real racism is. Racism is when someone comes up and says, ‘I hope you die.’ The difference is, my mother [goes] into a place, and they would follow [her] around. Do I think that’s racism? No, that’s ignorance!”
And that’s about the point where Whoopi, Rosie and the other ladies of The View had a serious difference of opinion.
