Amber Rose, Drew Sidora And Eva Marcille To Star In New Film “Sister Code”
For all of you who wondered what it is that Amber Rose does exactly, now you have an answer. She’s an actress. She’s appeared in movies since 2007 but this time she’s taking more a lead role in the new film, Sister Code.
The film’s IMDB page offers this description:
After the death of their mother, three foster sisters – the shrewd business woman, the free spirit, and the caregiver – find themselves fighting for their individual dreams and fighting each other in this tale of love, lust, and tragedy.
Amber Rose’s character, Lexi, is trying to start her own lingerie line. But in order to do so, she needs seed money. And in order to raise it, she sleeps with a wack rapper, played by Marcus T. Paulk, (Myles from “Moesha”), and records their encounter. Presumably, she can either blackmail him with the sex tape–since he is married– or she could release it and make money from it that way.
The movie also stars Eva Marcille, who plays Sheila, a tough businesswoman with a heart. And Drew Sidora, (who played T-Boz In the TLC biopic), will play Lavae, the one who keeps all three sisters together.
You’ll also see some familiar faces in the trailer like Essence Atkins, Duane Martin, and Anne-Marie Johnson (“Girlfriends” and “In Living Color”)
