Salma Hayek and Henry Pinnault

The “Frida” actress and her billionaire husband love Valentine’s Day so much that they named their daughter Valentina. The two had a private ceremony on V-Day of 2009 in Paris, followed by a more high profile event for their Hollywood friends.

Rita Hayworth and James Hill

Hayworth, perhaps hoping to put a little good luck in her turbulent love life after four failed marriages, married her producer husband Hill on V-Day of 1958. The two would divorce three years later and Hayworth would never marry again.

Britney Spears and Jason Trawick

This couple never made it to the alter, but the pop sensation and her former manager first showed off engagement rings on Valentine’s Day of 2011. The two called off their engagement in 2013.

Rhea Pillai and Sanjay Dutt

The International Women’s Day honoree and her Bollywood star husband married at a secret ceremony in a Mumbai temple on Valentine’s Day of 1998. The two are no longer together.

Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid

The “You’ve Got Mail” actress and the “Parent Trap” actor married on V-Day of 1991. They had one of the most high profile weddings of the decade but they’re no longer together. Quaid remarried and Ryan adopted a child on her own.

Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee

Because silicon and tattoos scream “Romance,” this pair decided to marry on V-Day of 1995 after being together just three days. Pam and Tommy married on a beach in Cancun, Mexico, Anderson wore a bikini and the two have since divorced.

Adriana Lima and Marko Jeric

The Victoria’s Secret Angel eloped in Wyoming with her basketball star husband on Valentine’s Day of 2009 and later had a bigger ceremony for friends and family. Unfortunately, they’ve since separated after Jeric’s alleged infidelity.

Sharon Stone and Phil Bronstein

The “Basic Instinct” star married her journalist husband on Valentine’s Day of 1998 in Stone’s house. The two adopted a child together but are no longer married. Stone went on to adopt several more children on her own.

Mandira Bedi and Raj Kaushal

The Bollywood pair had not one but two weddings on Valentine’s Day of 1999—one Hindu and one Shikh. They had their first child in 2011.

Calista Flockhart and Harrison Ford

The “Ally McBeal” star and “Indiana Jones” himself got engaged on Valentine’s Day of 2009 and married in June of 2010 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Governor Bill Richardson presided over the ceremony.

Parveen Shahani and Emraan Hashmi

Hindi actor Hashmi dated his wife Shahani for over six years before proposing on Valentine’s Day of 2006. The two had an Islamic wedding ceremony in December that same year.

Mayte Garcia and Prince

Musical sensation Prince married Garcia, 15 years his junior, live online on Valentine’s Day of 1996. Their vows were followed by tragedy however; the couple had a son born with a critical condition who lived only a week. The two divorced barely two years after their wedding.

Maria Goretti and Arshad Warsi

Goretti, an MTV VJ has been married to Bollywood actor Warsi since Valentine’s Day of 1999. The two have two children and very little drama (as far as the media knows.)
