Is it just us or did this year have more than it’s fair share of drama? From nude photo leaks to Don Lemon, these are the biggest celebrity eff ups of 2014.

The Aaliyah Biopic

Timbaland wasn’t the only one mad as heck at the Aaliyah biopic. From the creative story telling to the confusing casting lots of fans thought executive producer Wendy Williams had a lot of explaining to do.

Cee-Lo’s Rape Tweet

Cee-Lo surprised everyone in 2014 by putting his foot firmly in it with this controversial tweet:

“If someone is passed out they’re not even WITH you consciously, so WITH Implies consent.”

“People who have really been raped REMEMBER!!!”

Not only did it make the case surrounding his rape allegations worse, it also got him dropped from most of his lucrative contracts and asked to have a semi-permanent seat in celebrity time out.

The Nude Celebrity Hacks

Who would’ve thought storing your naked pictures in the cloud would be one of the worst ways to eff up as a celebrity this year? Jennifer Lawrence, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna and Gabrielle Union were just a few of dozens of celebrities outed by one of 2014’s most infamous hacks.

The Sony Exec Leak

2014 was a big year for hacking. We don’t know whether North Korea was responsible for the Sony hack or not, but we’re pretty sure Sony execs will save their insulting and racist comments for the board room in 2015.

Mariah Carey’s Christmas Lighting Song

Everybody has off days, but Mariah Carey’s multiple missed notes at this year’s tree lighting ceremony in Rockefeller Center had all of Mariah’s fans wondering if maybe it’s not time for the songstress to retire.

Then Mariah’s PR team made matters worse when they responded to the backlash by claiming that someone hacked the video to fake Mariah’s missed high notes to make her “flawless” performance look bad.

Busta Rhymes Busting His Head

This year it looks like Busta Rhymes asked to Pass the Courvoisier one too many times and tumbled right off stage at an O.T Genasis concert in New York City last month.

But while this looks like one of the most painful eff ups of 2014, Bust wants everyone to know that he’s “super good” if probably a little embarrassed.

Don Lemon’s Ferguson Coverage

There were a lot of terrible things happening in Ferguson. And according to a lot of people tuning in to CNN’s coverage, Don Lemon was one of them.

Ignoring the real issues to comment on the “smell of marijuana” in the air, to making fun of protesters actions, to scurrying unnecessarily to the safe room are just some of the eff ups that earned Mr. Lemon the title of Worst Journalist of 2014.

Mama Joyce On Miss Sharon

There’s no feud like an old feud.

This year, Mama Joyce took her reality TV feud to an unnecessary level by commenting that while she was sorry for calling Miss Sharon a “prostitute” after her sudden passing, she still wouldn’t attend her funeral.

And now we’re wondering if there’s anything that can get Mama Joyce to put her differences aside.

Bill Cosby’s Silence

With the allegations finally slowing down at 20 something and some of Hollywood’s biggest names on the accusers list, Bill’s continuing silence even has Cosby supporters increasingly frustrated — and suspicious.

When Mama June Hooked Up With Her Ex

Even folks who steer clear of reality TV couldn’t avoid the PR nightmare that rolled in after Here Comes Honey Boo Boo matriarch Mama June was caught dating the registered sex offender who allegedly molested one of her daughters.

The Joseline Tweet

Talk about big mistakes…

After this picture ended up on Joseline’s Instagram page, Stevie J and Joseline went from the out-of-pocket couple everyone loves to hate to the Love and Hip Hop couple most likely to have a serious drug problem.

Neither Joseline nor Stevie J have fessed up to the nature of the white substance on Stevie’s nose. But after Joseline’s big fight and Stevie’s recent visit to rehab, they really don’t have to.

Whatever Jay-Z Said In That Elevator

We’re sure Jay-Z will never forget this night after the Met Gala in New York City. And I guess we’ll just have to wait patiently for the tea-spilling tell all on what this family spat was really about.

Ray Rice‘s Elevator Moment

2014 just wasn’t a good year to find yourself filmed in an elevator.

Darnell Dockett’s Big Mouth

Sigh. We’ll never know why Darnell Dockett thought it was a good idea to comment on the president’s 16-year-old daughter’s backside….

The Eric Garner Verdict

The coroner ruled it a homicide, the cop used a hold banned by the force, the entire incident was caught on camera — and a lot of people are asking why the evidence wasn’t enough for justice to be served.
