By now, we’re sure you’ve heard about the allegations surrounding Bill Cosby. Over nine women have accused him of drugging and raping him. Now, it appears as though one of his former costars has weighed in on the topic.

In a tweet, Lisa Bonet reportedly said the following…

However, after some digging, Thegrio is claiming the tweet is in fact false. The Grio stated, According to Lisa Bonet’s manager, the actress is not on Twitter and the following message in not authentic.

Lisa has had a very icy relationship with her former TV dad for a number of years. Cosby reportedly disagreed with an explicit scene  she did in a movie and it eventually led to her being fired from The Cosby Show. Lisa has not attended any reunions or supported the Cosby show since.

Although the tweet is fake, fans of the show are eagerly waiting for one of the stars to comment on the allegations. In the meantime, a former NBC employee has come forward claiming Cosby paid off women.

In an interview with the DailyNews, Frank Scotti says he helped Cosby pay multiple women off, buy a model a home and stood out of his dressing when he brought women backstage.

Scotti says,

“I was suspicious that something was going on. I suspected that he was having sex with them because the other person he was sending money to Thompson (a woman whose daughter, Autumn Jackson claimed the actor was her dad)  he was definitely having sex with.

“Why else would he be sending money?” Scotti asked. “He was sending these women $2,000 a month. What else could I think?”

“I did a lot of crazy things for him,” recalled Scotti. “He was covering himself by having my name on it. It was a coverup. I realized it later.”

Scotti decided to come forward with his story because “felt sorry for the women.”
